First and foremost, we are taking steps to prevent mutual infection as far as possible. For this reason, with the exception of essential on-site processes, including incoming mail, the entire vectorsoft team will continue to work from home for the time being.
In addition, we have extended our availability for you from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. This is now possible thanks to the integration of a call center. If you are unable to reach us directly by phone during these hours, your request will be taken by the call center in a personal conversation. We will handle your request as quickly as possible within our contractual service hours, as usual. This will enhance your opportunities for interaction with our team.
