Some examples of common online applications have now been shown. Customized protocols can also be implemented with conzept 16 SOA service.

Organise calendar data with conzept 16

Company calendar data should also be used via e-mail client or cell phone app. To do this, the calendar data of the company’s ERP system must be accessible. The clients use the CalDAV protocol to process the data.

Two SOA tasks are created for the implementation. One task acts as a web server to provide and edit calendar data from the database using the CalDav protocol.

The second task synchronises the calendar data with the ERP system, as calendar data used in the database is cached. This means that new entries can now be entered or read out via the client.
