Salespartnercontract – GDPR

The General Data Protection Regulation will be a very important topic for all companies from 25.05.2018. As of this date, every company must have dealt with the topic for itself.
(siehe unseren Blogbeitrag vom 01. November 2017).

We have extended our sales partner agreement accordingly. With Appendix 3a, we ensure that the personal data provided to us is processed by our support team in accordance with the provisions of DSGVO (commissioned data processing).
We can no longer accept databases or log files without a signed version of Appendix 3a. We have developed a contract form (service certificate) for the transmission of customer databases, which serves as an integral part of the contract for the examination of customer databases. The service certificate must be signed and submitted to us before a customer database is transferred. It is essential that we know in advance who is authorized to sign.
Appendix 3a to the sales partner contract is the basis for the evaluation of databases and log files! We will be sending the original of Appendix 3a and the performance certificate to all sales partners for signature in the next few days. Let’s beat the bureaucracy together and continue our positive cooperation as before.
The service certificate will be available in the customer center as of 25.05.2018.
